When you apply for a private pilot, join an interest list, or create an invited account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and job title. This information is used to communicate with you and provide access to our services.

Usage data

When you use Hexalveo Engine, Hexalveo Studio, or private MVP materials, we may collect log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, features used, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve our services.

Queries and reasoning data

Queries or decision materials submitted to Hexalveo private MVP features are processed to return results. Customer-submitted decision data is not used to train shared AI models without explicit consent. Refer to your pilot agreement or separate data terms for specifics.

Cookies and tracking

The public website currently uses browser local storage for theme preference. If analytics cookies or other non-essential cookies are enabled before launch, this notice and consent flow should be updated.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve Hexalveo Engine, Hexalveo Studio, and private MVP workflows.
  • Send transactional communications (account confirmations, security alerts).
  • Send product updates, private-pilot notifications, and design-partner communications, where you have opted in.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • Conduct internal analytics to understand how our services are used.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train shared AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

Service providers

Hexalveo may use third-party service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, or pilot operations. Provider-specific processing terms should be documented before production use.

Legal requirements

Anonymised or aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for service improvement purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Security controls for private MVP workflows may evolve as the product matures.
